Catherine Goonen writing as C.G. Clark
Writing under the pseudonym C.G. Clark, I'm an award-winning author, mother of two, grandmother of nine, and the wife of a retired military pilot. All that translates into a lot of travel and years of life experience offering a wealth of raw material for my writing.

​However, not every idea comes from past events. Even current life can provide inspiration, and you can sometimes find me sitting on a bench watching the world go by. But don't think I'm passing idle time, because those pauses often spark the vision for my next set of characters and the details that become their narratives. Thus, another novel is born.

​​I'm always happy to add to my journal, whether from that solitary bench, at my next destination, or during my journey along the way. I always hope readers will connect with my characters and draw encouragement from their stories.
